1. Overview

Synsyo is an AI-powered platform that helps individuals improve their communication skills by providing instant feedback on speech, tone, and facial expressions. These terms govern your use of Synsyo's services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Synsyo. By using the service, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Synsyo reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts at our sole discretion, including but not limited to misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

4. Freemium and Subscription Model

• Free Tier: Limited features and access.
• Premium Tier: Full access to all features.

Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. Synsyo does not store credit card details. If your payment fails, your account will be automatically downgraded to the free tier.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be granted beyond 48 hours of the original transaction.

6. User Content and Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the audio and video recordings you submit. These files are stored securely and used only to provide feedback and performance tracking. You may delete your practice threads at any time, and doing so will permanently delete associated files from our servers.

You may also publicly share your feedback results at your discretion.

7. Data Deletion and Account Termination

To request account deletion, please contact privacy@synsyo.com. Deletion requests will be handled promptly and include the permanent removal of all stored user data.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including designs, interfaces, algorithms, and feedback generation mechanisms, are the intellectual property of Synsyo and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without explicit written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that Synsyo is always accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the service for maintenance or unforeseen issues.

10. Termination

Synsyo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to suspected abuse, non-compliance with these terms, or legal obligations.

11. Modifications

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in the province where Synsyo's headquarters are located at the time of dispute.
